| Obverse description | The Imperial arms of Russia enclosed within an ornate oval frame appear at left, surmounted by the Imperial crown and flanked by collar-and-medal insignia. The large numeral '10' is printed in intaglio at right in a bold letterpress style. The heading reads 'Государственный кредитный билет' (State Credit Note) with text below stating the note is payable from the Exchange Office of the State Bank in silver or gold coin, followed by two manuscript signatures of the Manager and Cashier. A repeated guilloche band border reading 'десять рублей' frames the top and bottom edges. |
