| 背面描述 | A female table tennis player is depicted in dynamic relief occupying the right and center of the field, shown in profile facing left with her paddle held low in one hand while her other hand is raised above, tossing a ball visible in the upper field. A boldly colored abstract brushstroke design in deep red and black occupies the left portion of the field, providing a vivid chromatic contrast to the silver relief. The official logo of the 15th Asian Games Doha 2006 appears to the upper right. The legend 15TH ASIAN GAMES arcs along the upper border, with DOHA 2006 inscribed vertically along the right side of the field. |

Qatar hosted the 15th Asian Games in December 2006 — the first Gulf state to do so — and issued a commemorative series to mark the occasion. The games required construction of 37 new venues across Doha, a building program that reshaped the city's western districts in under four years.
Table tennis had been an Asian Games discipline since Bangkok 1978, where Chinese-trained athletes established a dominance that has never seriously been challenged in the event's history.
