| 备注 |
Kurantbanken — formally Den Kjøbenhavnske Assignation-, Vexel- og Laanebank — was Denmark's first proper issuing bank, founded in 1736 under Frederick V partly to finance the chronic deficits of a state still absorbing the costs of earlier military adventures. These 10 Rigsdaler Courant notes circulated across a reign change, the span covering both Frederick V and his son Christian VII, whose rule after 1766 was increasingly shadowed by his mental incapacity and the brief, extraordinary regency of Johann Friedrich Struensee.
The absence of any anti-counterfeit text on the white paper reflects an early and fairly naive approach to note security — the embossed seal was considered sufficient deterrent. It wasn't, and forgery was a persistent problem for the bank throughout this period.
