正面描述	Central device depicts a seated lion facing right, positioned at the base of a tall staff surmounted by a radiant sun and a small bird, representing the Paraguayan national symbol. The motto PAZ Y JUSTICIA (Peace and Justice) is inscribed in two words flanking the staff across the field. The circular legend REPUBLICA DEL PARAGUAY runs along the periphery, divided left and right. The denomination 10 Rs. appears in a recessed panel at the bottom of the design, beneath a ground line. The entire composition is enclosed within a beaded border.

背面描述	A classically draped allegorical female figure, representing Justice, is seated facing slightly left upon a throne or architectural seat, a star above her head. She holds a set of balance scales in her right hand and grasps a fasces or sceptre in her left. Flanking the central figure are two branches, a palm to the left and an olive branch to the right, extending from the lower field upward toward the border. The engraver's signature BOUVET F. appears discreetly at the lower right of the exergue area. The date 1855 is prominently displayed in the exergue, beneath a faint ground line, within a beaded border.
