Four different security printers produced this note over its eleven-year run — Canadian Bank Note, Oberthur in France, the Polish Security Printing Works, and Casa de Moneda de Chile — an unusually broad roster that reflects procurement decisions made across successive Guatemalan administrations rather than any single contracted relationship. Collectors should note that subtle differences in ink saturation and paper feel distinguish the printings, though the Banco de Guatemala has not officially differentiated them by printer in its public numbering.
The "Printed: 30.04.1945" field in the source data is clearly erroneous and should be disregarded.
