背面描述	The reverse is printed in blue-green intaglio and dominated by a large central circular guilloche rosette enclosing an interlaced NBL bank monogram in Gothic script, surrounded by intricate lathe-work patterns. Two smaller matching circular vignettes, each bearing the numeral 10, are positioned symmetrically to the left and right of the central medallion. The printer's imprint Perkins, Bacon & Co. London appears in small text beneath the central rosette.

备注	Northern Bank Limited occupied an unusual position in Irish banking history — a Belfast-headquartered commercial bank issuing notes that circulated in Northern Ireland under the currency provisions that persisted after partition. Perkins, Bacon & Co. brought considerable security printing experience to the series; the London firm had been producing postage stamps and banknotes since the 1820s and was responsible for some of the earliest perforated stamps issued by Britain. The nearly four-decade span of this issue, 1930–1968, almost certainly masks several distinct printings with differing signatures and dates rather than a continuous run.
