| Beschrijving keerzijde | The reverse features the royal cypher of King Charles III — the intertwined letters C and R surmounted by the Roman numeral III — centrally positioned beneath St. Edward's Crown rendered in selective gold plate, the whole set against a background of densely engraved text drawn from the King's coronation speech. The design was executed by Timothy Noad and Dom Nokes, combining heraldic tradition with typographic artistry. The circular legend FAITH AND DUTY is distributed around the upper periphery, with the regnal year MMXXIII inscribed in Roman numerals at the base. A beaded border frames the entire composition. |
