Comments

St. Helena's move to polymer with this series follows the broader trend among small British Overseas Territories of contracting De La Rue for updated currency. The island's population hovers around 4,500, making this one of the lowest-circulation polymer issues of any independent currency jurisdiction — demand is largely driven by collectors rather than day-to-day commerce.

P#15 is recent enough that secondary market data remains thin. Worth monitoring for any print run figures from the Treasury, which occasionally publishes them given the island's unusual fiscal transparency for a territory its size.
