| 备注 |
Jersey's currency sits outside the UK sterling system in a specific legal sense — the island issues its own pound at par with sterling but under the authority of the States assembly, not the Crown via Westminster. This series, running across more than a decade, reflects the island's quiet but deliberate insistence on that distinction. De La Rue handled the printing throughout, as they had for Jersey issues going back well before the postwar period.
The Clennett and Leslie May dual-signature arrangement places this note within the tenure of Jersey's Treasury administration during a period of significant offshore financial expansion on the island — though the notes themselves circulated domestically alongside UK sterling without friction.
