| Beschrijving keerzijde | The reverse presents a detailed panoramic view of Islamic holy sites, prominently featuring the Dome of the Rock mosque with its characteristic dome and minaret to the left, and a second fortified minaret structure to the right, set against an architectural cityscape. Above the scene, two ornate medallions on a decorative staff bear the names of Allah (الله) and the Prophet Muhammad (محمد) in Arabic calligraphy. A crescent moon surmounts each minaret, and an ornamental arabesque motif adorns the lower centre of the composition. The Arabic Basmala inscription بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم curves along the upper field. |
