A rosette cartouche bearing the numeral "10" and the word "PISO" in intaglio appears at upper right, with the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas seal at lower right. Two facsimile signatures are positioned at centre-bottom, identified by the titles "PANGULO NG PILIPINAS" and "TAGAPANGASIWA NG BANGKO SENTRAL", with the denomination "SAMPUNG PISO" in bold letterpress along the lower margin.
