Obverse description	An intaglio portrait of Apolinario Mabini in three-quarter bust facing right occupies the left field, set against an elaborate guilloche underprint in red and olive tones. A rosette cartouche bearing the numeral "10" and the word "PISO" in intaglio appears at upper right, with the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas seal at lower right. Two facsimile signatures are positioned at centre-bottom, identified by the titles "PANGULO NG PILIPINAS" and "TAGAPANGASIWA NG BANGKO SENTRAL", with the denomination "SAMPUNG PISO" in bold letterpress along the lower margin.

Numeral counters "10" appear in rosette cartouches at the upper-left, lower-left, and upper-right corners, with the upper-left example in dark intaglio and the remaining in multicolour guilloche.
