At centre, an ornate guilloche rosette carries the denomination in Arabic numerals, with the United Arab Republic title panel in Arabic arched above and the Minister of Treasury signature and title in Arabic script below. Serial number and series prefix notations appear at upper and lower left, within a foliate scrollwork border. |

A large intricate oval guilloche medallion occupies the left panel, with corner denomination numerals '10' in pink throughout, all enclosed within an elaborate scrollwork and acanthus foliate border; the printer's imprint 'SURVEY OF EGYPT' appears at the bottom margin. |
