| Beschrijving voorzijde | Printed in black and orange on an uncoloured ground, the obverse carries a central guilloche rosette underprint bearing the Arabic denomination 'عشرة قروش' (Ten Piastres), with a vignette of the Great Sphinx and the Pyramids of Giza at right. The title panel at top reads 'جمهورية مصر العربية' (Arab Republic of Egypt) in a dark cartouche, while the lower cartouche bears the official currency note legend and enabling law citation; denomination numerals '١٠' appear in the corners, and a facsimile signature of the Minister of Finance is printed at left. |
