The legend 'KINGDOM OF LIBYA' arches across the top of the guilloche frame, with the legal tender clause in smaller lettering below the denomination and the date '1ST JANUARY 1952' at the foot. The numeral '10' appears in each of the four corners outside the central vignette. |
