Descrizione del dritto	The obverse is printed in deep magenta and blue on a light blue guilloche underprint, with the Arabic legend of the Lebanese Republic across the top in ornate calligraphic script. Two large arabesque rosettes flank a central scalloped cartouche bearing the denomination numeral '10' and the Arabic word for piastres (قروش), with two facsimile signatures and an Arabic date inscription along the lower margin.

Descrizione del rovescio	The reverse is rendered in blue and rose, centered on an intaglio vignette of the Château de Byblos (Jubayl) with sailing vessels on the sea in the foreground and figures resting at the right, capturing a picturesque coastal scene. The inscription 'REPUBLIQUE LIBANAISE' arches across the top, with the denomination '10 PIASTRES' repeated in the upper left and upper right corners within circular guilloche frames, and the date legend 'BEYROUTH LE 12 Janvier 1948' running along the lower border.
