Obverse description Printed in violet, the obverse carries a central vignette of Angkor Wat temple complex at left, rendered in fine intaglio line work with palm trees and a reflecting pool in the foreground. The bank title BANQUE DE L'INDOCHINE arches across the top in bold letterpress, with DIX PIASTRES in large guilloche-framed text below, and the numeral 10 repeated at each corner.
