表面の説明	Dark brownish-red letterpress print on cream paper. The central text panel carries the voucher inscription in Gothic script, flanked on each side by a panoramic harbour vignette: to the left, fishing nets stretched on wooden frames with figures on the quayside, and to the right, a sailing vessel at sea with an anchor in the foreground. Circular denomination medallions bearing the numeral '10' are placed at upper left and upper right, and the denomination 'Zehn Pfennig' appears in bold Gothic lettering at the foot of the note. The artist's signature 'Richard Lenke' is visible at lower right, and the printer's imprint 'Albert Mowes, Rügenwalde.' appears below the lower border.

The border is formed by an intricate fishnet pattern with stylised plant motifs at the corners, enclosing a central rectangular vignette of the Baltic seaside resort beach scene at Rügenwaldermünde, with bathing huts, figures on the beach, and a pier with flags in the background under a clouded sky. Circular denomination medallions bearing the numeral '10' are placed at lower left and lower right. The locality name 'Ostseebad Rügenwaldermünde' runs in large Gothic script across the upper margin, and a Low German dialect saying is inscribed along the lower margin.
