| Obverse description | The octagonal field features the elaborate coat of arms of Zwickau at center, depicted with decorative baroque-style mantling and supporters on either side. A bold circular legend surrounds the armorial device within a continuous pearl border that follows the octagonal outline of the coin. The arms display the traditional Zwickau heraldic design with a divided shield, rendered in fine relief against the flat field. The inscription reads clockwise around the periphery, separated by a small floral ornament at the base. |
