| Obverse description | The octagonal field is enclosed by a continuous pearl border along the rim. Within the field, a raised inner pearl circle frames the central denomination numeral '10' in large, bold characters occupying the center. The circular legend surrounding the pearl circle reads 'STADTGEMEINDE WITTENBERGE' across the upper arc and '★ BEZ. POTSDAM ★' across the lower arc, identifying the issuing municipal authority and its administrative district. The overall design is spare and functional, consistent with wartime Notgeld emergency coinage. |
