The denomination '10 Pfg.' appears in bold letterpress at upper left and upper right, flanking the issuing locality 'Lutter a. Bbge.' across the top register. The central field carries the value inscription 'Zehn Pfennig' in large Gothic blackletter script, framed above by 'Anweisung über' and below by the issuer name 'Vorschuß- und Sparverein e.G.m.u.H. zu Lutter a.
