Descrizione del dritto	A continuous pearl border encircles the design field. The inscription UNTERWESERSTÄDTE arcs along the upper periphery in raised Latin letters. At center, a heraldic cartouche framed by decorative scrollwork displays a lighthouse rendered in relief, its tiered masonry tower rising prominently within the shield. The overall composition reflects the regional maritime identity of the lower Weser cities.

Descrizione del rovescio	A continuous pearl border frames the reverse. The inscription NOTGELD curves along the upper periphery in raised Latin letters, flanked at either side by small decorative rosette stops. The large numeral 10 dominates the center field in bold relief, with the date 1919 positioned in the lower portion of the field. Two small ornamental stars flank the numeral at mid-height, reinforcing the simple, functional design typical of German Notgeld coinage of the period.
