Obverse description Central field features a printed advertisement vignette for the J.H. Tebbenhoff schnapps distillery of Settrup, depicting a stylized portrait bust of a man raising a glass in a toasting gesture. The firm name J.H. TEBBENHOFF and town name SETTRUP appear in bold lettering across the centre, with the founding date GEGR. 1784 below. A circular legend along the upper rim reads TRINKT TEBBENHOFF'S ALTEN. The printer's credit A. Zölze, Elberfeld, D.R.G.M. appears in small lettering at the base. The overall design is printed in dark ink on a khaki-toned cardboard disc with a decorative border.

Reverse description The reverse displays a printed reproduction of a German Reich 10 Pfennig postage stamp design, centrally featuring the large numeral 10 in bold relief-style printing within a rectangular stamp frame with decorative foliate ornaments at the base. The legend DEUTSCHES REICH arcs across the upper portion within the stamp frame. The stamp motif is set against a pink printed background simulating the stamp's colour, all within the circular cardboard disc format typical of German Notgeld issues of the early 1920s.
