| Obverse description | Octagonal zinc notgeld token with a continuous beaded border following the eight-sided outline of the flan. The central field displays the large numeral '10' in bold raised relief, enclosed within an inner beaded circle. Surrounding the inner circle, the circular legend reads 'CHEM. FABR. v. HEYDEN', with the monogram 'H' flanked by two five-pointed stars positioned at the lower portion of the legend, all executed in plain Latin capitals. The overall design is utilitarian and typographic, characteristic of wartime German emergency coinage. |

| Reverse description | Plain octagonal field with a continuous beaded border following the eight-sided periphery of the flan. The entire central area is dominated by the large, bold denomination numeral '10' in raised relief, occupying most of the available field without any additional legend, device, or decorative element. The design is entirely typographic and aniconic, consistent with the austere production standards of German World War I notgeld issues. |
