| Obverse description | Plain iron field featuring a central circular perforation approximately 4 mm in diameter. The legend VORSCHUSSVEREIN LAUENBURG (ELBE) runs in a circular arc around the periphery, flanked at the base by two five-pointed stars. Within the field, the denomination indicator WERT: appears above the hole, and the large numeral 10 is placed below the hole. The date 1917 is inscribed at the bottom of the circular legend, between the two star ornaments, completing the inscription. |
