| Obverse description | Printed in brown on cream paper, the obverse is framed by a dotted border with decorative corner columns. Numeral '10' appears in ruled boxes at upper left and upper right, while the central text in three lines announces the issuing obligation payable by the Kreissparkasse Schweidnitz. The denomination 'Zehn Pfennig' is set in large ornate letterpress script across the centre, below which the issue date 'Schweidnitz den 15. Januar 1921' and the facsimile signatures of the Verwaltungsrat (administrative board) are printed. |

| Reverse description | Printed in brown on cream paper, the reverse carries a panoramic vignette of the town of Schweidnitz spanning the lower half, with two prominent church towers — the Church of Peace and the Parish Church of St. Stanislaus and St. Wenceslaus — rising at either side against a backdrop of hills rendered in fine line engraving. Above the townscape, the large numeral '10' with horizontal line underprint and the word 'Pfennige' are set centrally, surmounted by the issuer inscription 'Landkreis Schweidnitz / Gutschein über' in bold letterpress. A validity clause in small text runs along the lower margin within a ruled border. |
