An inner rope or twisted-cord circle defines a central zone containing the large numeral '10'. Three six-pointed stars are arranged at the lower portion of the field between the inner and outer borders, serving as decorative separators. The overall design is strictly typographic and functional, consistent with emergency coinage of the German inflation era. |

Ernst Heubach's porcelain factory in Köppelsdorf issued iron notgeld during the acute small-change shortages that paralyzed German commerce in 1917–1921. The factory is far better known for its bisque doll heads — exported globally before the war — than for any role in emergency currency, which makes this piece an industrial curiosity rather than a numismatic footnote.
