| 备注 |
Ilse-Wohlfahrts-Gesellschaft m.b.H. was a welfare subsidiary of the Ilse-Bergbau AG lignite mining operation in central Germany. Company-issued Pfennig scrip of this kind functioned as internal currency, typically redeemable only at company stores — a system that tied wages back to the employer and was widespread in the German mining and industrial sectors during the inflationary and post-inflationary periods of the early 1920s. Starke & Sachse of Grossenhain were a regional printer responsible for a substantial volume of Notgeld and company scrip from Saxony during this period.
