Opmerkingen

Falkenburg in Pommern — now Złocieniec in northwestern Poland — was one of hundreds of small German municipalities that printed emergency Kleingeld in 1919 when the Reich's coin supply collapsed under postwar dislocation. The Magistrat issues from towns this size were typically printed locally in tiny runs, distributed through municipal offices, and accepted only within town limits. Most were withdrawn and destroyed within months, which accounts for the chronic scarcity of Pommern Notgeld at the lower denominations.

The DeNG catalog suffix "c" indicates a distinct paper or print variant within the F2.6 type — a distinction that matters for completists working the Falkenburg set.
