Obverse description Octagonal zinc token with a continuous pearl border running along the inner edge of all eight sides. The circular legend reads CHR. HÜMMER KOLONIALWARENGESCHÄFT BURGHASLACH, separated by small floral rosette ornaments, arranged around the periphery of the field. The large numeral 10, denoting the denomination in Pfennig, is prominently struck in the centre of the field in bold incuse-style raised numerals.

Reverse description Octagonal reverse with a continuous pearl border following the eight-sided periphery. A rope or twisted-cord circle is struck in relief in the middle zone, enclosing the large central numeral 10 in the field. The circular legend KLEINGELDERSATZMARKE runs between the pearl border and the rope circle, identifying this token as a small-change substitute token, with star-shaped ornaments serving as separators at the base of the design.
