| Obverse description | Printed entirely in red on white paper, the obverse is divided into three horizontal registers by ruled border lines. The uppermost panel carries the bold letterpress legend NOTGROSCHEN in decorative Art Nouveau lettering. The central register presents the large numeral 10 flanked by two heraldic lion vignettes in relief style. The lower register bears the issuing authority inscription DES KREISES WINSEN, with a further narrow panel below reading the redemption notice EINLÖSBAR BIS 30. JUNI 1921. |
