The central cream panel carries the serial number in bold black numerals at upper right, the issuer name in Gothic script, the denomination '10 Pfennige 10' in large ornamental lettering, and a redemption text signed by 'Der Magistrat' with two manuscript signatures and the date 'Patschkau, im Jahre 1921.' |
