| Descrizione del dritto | The obverse is executed in dark brown letterpress on cream paper, with elaborate Jugendstil scrollwork borders framing all four corners and vertical side panels. At the top centre, a heraldic town shield of Sommerfeld is set between the inscriptions 'Stadt' and 'Geld', flanked by the numeral '10' in ornate Gothic script at upper left and right. The denomination 'Zehn Pfennig' is rendered in large blackletter across the centre, below which the guarantee text, date of 1. April 1920, two facsimile magistrate signatures, and a rectangular invalidation clause are printed, with the printer's imprint 'Adolf Forker, Leipzig' at the foot. |
