背面描述 The reverse is printed entirely in pink on a dense geometric guilloche background of interlocking star-pattern latticework. A large scallop-edged oval medallion at centre encloses a heraldic shield surmounted by a winged angel's head, flanked by elaborate acanthus scrollwork rendered in fine letterpress. The printer's imprint "GEBR PARCUS MÜNCHEN" is inscribed in small capitals along the lower edge of the central medallion.

备注

Düben — the small Saxon town on the Mulde river — issued this note during the acute coin shortage that gripped Germany in the months following the armistice. Municipal and commercial Notgeld of this kind flooded the country in 1919, filling a practical gap left by hoarded metal coinage rather than serving any broader financial ambition. Gebrüder Parcus in Munich handled a vast volume of such commissions from towns across Germany, operating essentially as a clearinghouse printer for small-denomination emergency paper.

The guilloche underprint is characteristic of Parcus work from this period — modest but functional security. Signatures of Rausch and Dr. Käpernick authenticate it as a municipal instrument rather than a commercial house issue.
