| 正面描述 | The obverse carries a central vignette of the Artern market square (Markt), with the historic Rathaus and its distinctive tower visible to the right and a fountain or monument set among trees to the left. The denomination numeral "10" appears in the upper left and right corners, while the written value "Zehn Pfennig" is rendered below the vignette in ornate calligraphic lettering. The lower portion bears the issuing authority's guarantee text and the magistrate's authorisation, all enclosed within a decorative typographic border. |

| 备注 |
Artern, a small spa town in Prussian Saxony, issued this Notgeld during the acute small-change shortage that followed Germany's defeat in the First World War. Coins were hoarded or melted, forcing hundreds of municipalities to commission their own emergency fractional currency — Artern among them. Adolf Forker's Leipzig print shop handled a considerable volume of such municipal work during this period, and the production quality reflects a competent commercial operation rather than a specialist security printer.
The P#110a designation implies at least one variety exists within the series, typically distinguishable by paper stock or minor typographic differences.
