The issuer title 'Stadt Westerburg 1920' appears at the top, followed by the denomination '10 PFENNIG' in bold black type, with the serial number printed in red beneath. A circular red official municipal stamp is applied to the lower centre, above the handwritten magistrate's signature and the date 'Westerburg, den 1. Oktober 1920.'
