The upper register carries a fine guilloche underprint over which the denomination is inscribed in large Gothic script. The lower register bears the numeral '10' at left, the issuing authority's text in the centre, and an official circular seal of the Amtshauptmannschaft Oelsnitz at right, with two facsimile signatures and their respective titles printed below. |

| Mô tả mặt sau | The reverse is printed in blue and black and centred on a detailed townscape vignette of Oelsnitz im Vogtland, rendered in a fine engraved style with twin-spired church towers and industrial chimneys rising against a hillside panorama. The denomination numeral '10' appears in each of the four corner blocks framing the central vignette, flanked by vertical text panels bearing redemption and anti-counterfeiting notices. A serial number is printed in bold letterpress along the lower margin. |
