| 备注 |
Bischofswerder — known today as Biskupiec in northern Poland — issued this Notgeld in the administrative chaos following Germany's post-WWI territorial losses. The Paris Peace Conference awarded much of West Prussia to the newly reconstituted Polish state, and municipalities across the region scrambled to maintain local liquidity as central monetary authority collapsed and Reichsbank notes became scarce in peripheral towns facing uncertain political futures.
The two signatures, Densch. and E. Sallach., represent the Magistrat officials who authorized the issue — local civil servants managing a currency problem they had no real tools to solve.
