The central text area, framed by a scalloped banner, bears the issuing authority inscription 'Gutschein der Stadt Wiehe über Zehn Pfennig', the date 'Wiehe, den 9. Oktober 1920', two manuscript facsimile signatures under the legend 'Der Magistrat:', and the validity clause 'Die Gültigkeit erlischt einen Monat nach Bekanntmachung'.
