Reverse description Printed in warm brown on cream paper, the reverse is divided into three vertical panels. The wide central panel carries a detailed letterpress vignette of the Markneukirchen town hall with its clock tower, set amid tree-lined grounds with figures, below which the redemption text appears in a framed cartouche. The flanking panels each contain the numeral '10' in a dark corner box above a vignette of stringed instruments — a violin with bow at left and a mandolin or lute at right — both entwined with laurel sprigs, referencing the town's celebrated musical instrument trade. The printer's imprint appears at the bottom margin.
