正面描述	The obverse is printed in green and black on cream paper, enclosed within a decorative border of interlocking foliate guilloche work. The denomination numeral '10' appears in large circular cartouches at the upper left and right corners, while the issuer legend 'Stadt Bad Ems' is set in Gothic blackletter script across the top. The central field carries the text 'Zehn Pfennig' in bold blackletter over an elaborate acanthus scroll underprint incorporating the city arms, with the issue date 'Bad Ems, d. 18. Nov. 1918' at left, a red official stamp of the municipality, and a manuscript signature of the Magistrat at right; the series and serial number appear in the lower panel in red ink.

背面描述	The reverse is printed entirely in green on cream paper within a scrollwork border, centered on a panoramic bird's-eye vignette of the town of Bad Ems nestled in the Lahn valley with surrounding wooded hills. Two characteristic Ems Kränchen mineral water bottles flank the landscape vignette at left and right. A ribbon cartouche across the lower portion bears the validity inscription, while a red overprint across the upper field records a validity extension to 31 December 1920.
