Below, a green underprint of the civic arms of Homburg is visible beneath a block of justified German text setting out the redemption obligation and validity conditions of the voucher.
背面铭文	No Die Stadt Homburg (Pfalz) verpflichtet sich, gegen Einlieferung dieses Gutscheines den Betrag von zehn Pfennigen in bar auszubezahlen. Der Gutschein verliert seine Gültigkeit, falls er nicht bis längstens 1. April 1918 bei der Stadteinnehmerei zwecks Einlösung vorgezeigt worden ist.
