| Beschrijving voorzijde | The left portion of the note is occupied by a grey intaglio vignette of a standing female allegorical figure in classical robes, raising one arm, with the issuer name RHEIN-GAUKRAIS printed in a label below. The central field carries a salmon-pink guilloche underprint over which the denomination ZEHN PFENNIG is set in ornate blackletter script, surmounted by the title GUTSCHEIN and a serial number. The date line reads Rüdesheim, den 26. Juni 1917, followed by the issuing authority inscription and three manuscript signatures of district committee members. |
