The central vignette presents two heraldic lions passant on a dark green ground, flanked by two lateral panels each inscribed with the numeral '10' over 'ZEHN PFENNIG'; the series designation 'REIHE K.' appears in red at lower left and the serial number in red at lower right. A block of small-print German text along the lower margin states the redemption conditions, noting acceptance by the Stadtkasse until 31 March 1919 and the possible extension to 31 December 1919. |
