正面描述	A typeset emergency voucher of the most rudimentary character, with the principal text struck in violet typewriter lettering on plain paper stock. A double circular red dry-stamp impression of the Consell General de les Valls d'Andorra – Proveïments is applied to the face, overprinted with the handwritten word "Provisional" in red ink. A manuscript signature in blue ink appears within the seal area, authenticating the note on behalf of the Síndic Provisional.
