表面の説明	The Cuban national coat of arms occupies the central field, depicting a shield divided into three sections: the upper portion features a golden key between two rocky promontories and a rising sun, while the lower sections display alternating blue and white diagonal stripes and a royal palm tree. The shield is surmounted by a Phrygian cap atop a fasces, and flanked by an oak branch to the right and a laurel branch to the left, tied at the base. The legend REPUBLICA DE CUBA arcs along the upper periphery, while the denomination 10 PESOS appears along the lower border. The silver fineness AG 0.999 and weight 25 G are inscribed vertically on either side of the arms.

裏面の説明	A detailed bust portrait of Simón Bolívar faces the viewer in a three-quarter perspective, rendered in high relief in the Proof finish. He is depicted in military dress uniform adorned with epaulettes bearing stars and elaborate decorative foliage, consistent with his rank as Liberator. A beaded inner border frames the design throughout the periphery. The legend SIMON BOLIVAR arcs along the upper left, with the birth and death years 1783 and 1830 inscribed to the upper right. The honorific title LIBERTADOR is engraved in large letters along the lower border, with the issue year 1990 below it in the exergue area.
