| Beschrijving voorzijde | The obverse features the Mexican national coat of arms in high relief against a deeply mirrored proof field: an eagle displayed sinister, perched upon a prickly pear cactus growing from a rocky islet, devouring a serpent grasped in its beak and right talon. The eagle's wings are raised and its plumage is rendered in fine detail. The device is encircled by a wreath of oak and laurel branches tied at the base with a ribbon. The circumferential legend ESTADOS UNIDOS MEXICANOS arcs across the upper field in bold raised lettering. |

The date 2007 appears in the lower left field and the mint mark Mo to the lower right. The denomination $10 is prominently inscribed at the bottom center, flanked by the descriptive legends Acueducto and Santa Rosa de Viterbo separated by a small floral ornament.
