| 背面描述 | The reverse is printed entirely in blue-green ink and composed of three large interlocking circular guilloche rosettes of uniform size arranged horizontally across the note. The central rosette bears the inscribed bank name 'EL BANCO ARGENTINO' in an arched legend around its inner ring, while the left and right rosettes each carry a bold roman numeral 'X' at their centres. The overall design relies exclusively on lathe-work guilloche patterns and repeating geometric border elements, with no pictorial vignettes. |

| 备注 |
The Banco Argentino operated out of Santa Fe during the brief and chaotic period of provincial free banking in Argentina, before the national government moved to suppress competing emission. This 10 Pesos Plata Boliviana note denominates in Bolivian silver pesos — a common practical concession in the interior provinces, where Bolivian coinage circulated far more reliably than Buenos Aires-issued currency and merchants priced accordingly.
The bank itself was short-lived, and surviving notes from this issuer are rare across all denominations. PS#1539 sits near the upper end of the Banco Argentino's emission range, suggesting limited redemption activity before the institution folded.
