| Obverse description | The obverse is printed in dark blue-black on plain paper and carries a central text panel bearing the bank name BANCO DEL LITORAL in bold lettering, the date Paraná, Julio 21 de 1871, the denomination DIEZ PESOS PLATA BOLIVIANA in large display type, and the promise clause Pagará á la vista and o su equivalente en moneda de ley. A small vignette appears at the left margin and a further vignette at the right, both enclosed within ornamental frames. The upper border features the denomination numeral 10 and the title DIEZ 10 PESOS within a guilloche panel, with SERIE A noted at the upper right and the serial number at the upper left; a repeated underprint of 10 PESOS elements runs along the lower border. |
