| Obverse description | Black on pale paper, with a central vignette of a group of wild horses in motion, framed by two large medallions bearing the numeral '10' in ornate guilloche surrounds on either side. To the left, a seated allegorical female figure holds a scale, representing Justice. The upper margin carries the city name 'Rosario' in script, with a date and series letter at right.
